Method of enrolment

You can enroll in our courses in either of the following ways:

• Come to the reception desk at school in the first week of the term (see course overview for details),
  to fill out the enrolment form and settle the course fee.
• Download and print the enrolment form with the link at the bottom of this page, fill it out completely and mail it with your payment to the school. It must arrive at school before the closure date for enrolment (see course overview for details).

You can only attend a course when the enrolment process has been completed.  
You will be advised if your enrolment has been successful prior to the first class.

We advise to enroll as early as possible in the enrolment period, because we have limited numbers of attendants for all courses and some courses fill up very rapidly.

If a course does not meet the minimum number of participants, it will be cancelled and those who enrolled
will be notified before the scheduled start date.

Refunds Policy

Our policy on refunds is as follows:

• Refund in full will be given if the class fails to start.
• Refund in full will be given if you withdraw prior to the class starting.
• If you withdraw from a class after it has started we can give NO refund.

First Night

At enrollment you will receive an information sheet supplied by the tutor on what to bring to the course.
Please read this carefully.

Entry & Parking

• Entry to the school is by way of the main gate for the following type of class:

Computing.

• All other classes entry by the northern gate. You will be directed to the room being used for the course.

Parking is on the designated areas on the school grounds or along Bay Road.
